What you get in writing
A real inspection is more than a glance from the driveway. We walk the roof (where it is safe), check the attic where we can, and document condition with photos. You get a plain-English report you can actually use — for a purchase, a sale, an insurance renewal, or just peace of mind.
If you need a roof certification for a real-estate transaction, we provide the standard 2-year certification once the roof meets the condition standard, including any minor repairs needed to get it there.
Our 21-point inspection covers
- Shingle, tile or membrane condition and remaining service life
- All flashing: walls, chimneys, valleys, skylights and penetrations
- Pipe boots, vents and rooftop equipment seals
